We want you to love your SHREDLY gear, but if it's not the perfect fit for your next adventure, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for a return or an instant exchange.
Print and Pack
Select the items you are returning, print the prepaid shipping label provided, and securely pack your gear in its original packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; we will track your shipment to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
